This comprehensive General Knowledge book has been written with the aim of guiding aspirants preparing for competitive examinations conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) and the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), particularly those appearing for the preliminary examinations.I have designed this book to help aspirants learn, revise, and master essential concepts efficiently and succeed in their examinations within a limited period of preparation. It draws upon my father's time-tested coaching resources, concepts from the Tamil Nadu State Board textbooks and NCERT textbooks from Classes 6 to 12, standard reference books, and the latest information gathered from relevant and reputed monthly magazines and other sources.My intention in preparing this book is not merely to provide information, but to create a comprehensive and accessible resource that aspirants can rely upon during their preliminary examination preparation.
